Evidence based planning and Realistic Clinical Profiling provides an objective anchor for strategic planning. However, this planning improves when  qualitatively challenged by company experts.  Upon completion of strategic analysis, an equally critical phase engages multidisciplinary expertise into the plan.  These experts are inside the corporation and include Medical Affairs, Research and Development, Marketing, Sales, Analytics and other disciplines.  Along with advisors that reflect the target customer, these groups provide critical insight and perspective for shaping the plan.  C360 has a true expertise in facilitating strategic planning workshops to engage and integrate this expertise for a better final product.  This process also produces a critical ownership of strategic implementation in promotion, education, investigation, and all aspects of clinical planning.
